RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations:

Deadline for returning products: 15 days after delivery

Deadline to request a cancellation of an order: 24 hours after purchase.

Returns and exchange details:

If my VEFA NATURE product does not meet my expectations and I want to return *:

  1. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  2. The product must be returned in the original packaging.

  3. It is necessary to send the product with tracking number / tracking number when returning the product to our facilities (In case the return is made without any tracking number / tracking number and it is lost, the refund will not be processed) .

  4. The product will only be refunded after it arrives at our premises.

  5. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

* This process also applies to the following cases:
- Choosing the wrong size / color / pattern;

You can request a quote to collect your order by a partner carrier.

If my VEFA NATURE order is returned to the seller:

- Delivery failure:
The customer did not respond to the carrier's attempts to contact -> for possible refunds, shipping costs will be deducted 2 times (Delivery shipping costs + return shipping costs).
If the customer wants his order to be sent again, he will have to pay for a new shipment (even if the shipment was free the first time).

- Customer has refused the order - Damaged / Without damage -> for possible refunds will be deducted 2 times the shipping costs (Delivery shipping costs + return shipping costs).

If the VEFA NATURE product is defective:

  1. Report the seller with photographs of the defective product to the email vefa@vefanature.com with the order number.

  2. A possible refund will be analyzed by the customer support team.

  3. We will replace the product at our discretion if it is defective.

If the product and / or packaging is damaged:

  1. Report the damage to the courier at the time of delivery (If the damage is not reported in the act of delivery to the courier, we will not proceed with a refund or replacement of the product).

  2. You will have to accept shipping from the carrier (If the product returns to our premises, the shipping costs will not be refunded).

  3. Report the seller with photographs of the product and / or the damaged packaging to the email vefa@vefanature.com with the order number.

  4. We will contact the carrier in question.

  5. We will replace the product at our discretion if it is damaged.

** Note: If the product is not reported as damaged upon delivery to the carrier's courier, it will result in no refund or replacement of the damaged item being processed.

If the customer refuses to replace the defective or damaged product, we will only proceed to a refund of the value of the product in question.

Note: We do not accept returns of samples or customized products. If the samples or the customized product arrive damaged, we can replace them at our discretion, if they are damaged.

Refund of money
A credit for the total amount of the original purchase (excluding shipping costs) will be returned to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for return at their own expense.
