  • Can I raise it in your store?
    Of course I do! Just make the purchase through our website and, at checkout, choose the option to pick up in our store! We'll have it available for when you get there. But don't forget to bring your Citizen Card and your order number!
  • What is the deadline?
    For Express deliveries, they will be delivered within 48 hours after receipt of payment.For Vefa Premium deliveries, deliveries will be made via the routes to the delivery area of the order, without a specific deadline being defined, VEFA NATURE undertakes to deliver the most urgent. Any questions, please contact us through the various channels available.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive a message in your email with a link to the tracking page for your order, as well as all the information you need. You can always contact us, we will be happy to help.
  • What are the payment methods?
    There are several types of payment at your disposal, just choose the one that suits you: - Credit / Debit Cards- Payments by bank transfer - Cash on delivery (add €2 per item)
